ProGoalieAcademyApp is an application designed exclusively for registered members of goalie academies. If you have a question or are experiencing an issue, we are here to help. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Please include the name of your academy and a brief description of your issue. This helps us respond more quickly.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to set a new password. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder. For further assistance, contact your academy administrator or reach us by email.
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Please make sure you are using the email address and password assigned to you by your academy administrator. Accounts cannot be created through the app itself — access is provisioned exclusively by the academy. If your account is not working, contact your administrator first, or write to us directly by email.
How do I request deletion of my account and data?
You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, send us an email at the address above with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 30 days.
The app is showing an error or not working correctly.
Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store and that you have an active internet connection. If the issue persists, please email us describing the error message you saw, along with your device model and iOS version.
How do I install the app?
The app is not publicly searchable in the App Store — the direct installation link was provided to you by your academy administrator. Open the link on your iPhone, tap "Get", and the app will install in the usual way.
Who has access to my data?
Your statistics and training records are accessible only to you and the coaches of your academy. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
